They are already super low. The competitive mins are higher than the posted mins. I say go ahead and try. With the right recs, just about any employer will hire you. Good luck.

Not a chance. The woman in charge of hiring has fought with higher ups, including VP of Flight Ops and CEO to increase minimums, but has lost each time. Especially now with age 65, they will not lower them from what is already low. This should not be confused with what is competitive, which is about 2,500 121 PIC turbine.

They slowed down for like 3 weeks to figure out the age 65 snafu. Now, we're back to normal hiring at least till April-May for the summer slowdown.

I think you just have to lightly fog a compact mirror that they hold in front of your face during the interview. LOL

It's not that hard to get hired there. Trust me, I know.

Up until about 6 months ago roughly 80% of all people who interviewed were hired. You interviewed before that right? How dumb do you feel now?

Only 2 out of 7 got hired the day I interviewed early last year. I think the success rate is lower than what the rumor mill states. I was told 95% pass rate when I interviewed. Unless you are in HR, you won't have a good idea of the percent hired.

Shut the fck up. You are not the only person who has been shown the door after the CAL interview. I and hundreds of others simply accepted it, and don't rag on the airline every waking moment. CAL is still a remarkable airline without me, and especially without you. Grow up.

Hi!

I think NJA is about the best thing going right now.

As far as I could tell, I had a great interview, and a great sim, but they didn't hire me.

I would HIGHLY recommend NJA to anyone!

Ms. Pocono-where are you at now? I saw it somewhere, but can't remember. I hope you like your job.
