You don't have anything to worry about. Last I heard was that kongress put it on the back burner until sometime after the 2008 erections. So I think we are safe until sometyme in 2009. My bett is that it whil never pass.

Don't worry ALPO will fight hard to stop this. After all the vast majority of the pilots are against it.
