How to figure out your ASA Bonus

You can figure it out, go to our asa, my asa, my records, enter your info, click on my pay and then compare the year to date to your last pay check, and remove the taxes.
They took out 40%, a CA hired in 01 like myself will get $6,710. However we should get a lot of it back on our taxes.

I followed all that. It actually says "Bonus" on the third line down. That is before taxes though.

you pay for it with higher property, sales, and gas taxes...all comes out the same.

Interesting how people don't complain about taxes until it comes out of a "bonus." Take roughly the same amount out of a regular paycheck and you don't hear a word. Like JB said wait until Hitlary gets in office and you will be begging for these rates.

If it wasn't against the law to NOT have taxes withheld from your paycheck throughout the year and EVERYONE had to write a check on April 15 and actually knew what an incredibly huge amount we all pay in taxes....we'd have had a tax revolt many years ago. The average person in this country has no idea how badly they are being raped by our govt.

We have Interns, once Flight Attendants and now pilots here are getting bonuses from their orginal hire date not there pilot hire date..ie 10 year flight attendant but a 6 month pilot gettting several several thousands.

The union got the HR hire dates not the B.Morris seniority date.

Do you have any evidence that this scenario is taking place, or is this just crewroom gossip? If you took the time to call your reps you would know that the union corrected for all of that. It was in the documents they sent out long ago.

100% false--well the list I got emailed to me showed them with org. hire date...and if the union or company did not fix it, then yes people were paid with their orig. hire date, and not pilot hire date.
