Dear Employees:

As many of you know, our pilots have spent the last several weeks deciding whether or not they wanted a union as their bargaining representative. After months of intense union campaigning, our pilots have overwhelmingly chosen to keep SkyWest union-free.

I commend our pilots for the decision they have made. Today’s vote is historic for our airline, and this decision to maintain our ability to collaborate will help solidify our status as the premier regional airline. Our ability to work with our people has everything to do with our success.

Thanks for all you do,

Does that imply management is unable to work with the ASA pilots? I would hope they wouldn't be sending that message. Oh well, I guess we'll never get to be the premier regional airline.

/vomit

I fear the SKYW pilots will soon regret their decision.

Oh that's right, I forgot. ASA's management a while back changed our vision statement from "striving to be the best regional airline" to "hoping we can be respected in the morning."

Why not ask some Colgan pilots about how awesome their post-vote experience has been?

This is going to be fun. F%&k SkyWest.

The fact that SKW management is thrilled with this should tell their pilots everything they need to know about their future.

Oh yeah. I guarantee that Jerry and the boys are high fiving each other. Way to go.

John

I believe you have a hire date of 08/03/94, which WOULD make you a PFT. Or as I like to call "buy your job"

 How did you come up with that? I haven't been at ASA THAT long!

Oh I get it... you think I'm Breiling. That's Joe Merchant. You earn no points, try again.

Like I said "I believe." I will not post your real "John" name. But if you are who we all know you are, it is true.
