Dear Employees:

As many of you know, our pilots have spent the last several weeks deciding whether or not they wanted a union as their bargaining representative. After months of intense union campaigning, our pilots have overwhelmingly chosen to keep SkyWest union-free.

I commend our pilots for the decision they have made. Today’s vote is historic for our airline, and this decision to maintain our ability to collaborate will help solidify our status as the premier regional airline. Our ability to work with our people has everything to do with our success.​
