Of course they are. When we buy them out and they are stapled to our seniority list they will be paid just like us...;)

Will the NJ buyout occur before or after Textron takes 100% ownership of Shares?

Approximately six to nine months after the Textron purchase.

If they want to continue to attract "the best pilots in the industry" like their corporate video states, they certainly will have to improve the conditions there. Otherwsie their pool of applicants will primarily contain Netjets rejects....

Change will come to the entire industry.

Describe improve conditions. Seems like most of the stuff I hear is pretty good in regards to QOL. The pay will change just like it did the last pay raise.

Thank you Nostradamus...

Oh, and thank the 1108 for ANY gains you get at CS.

No..No....No.... our company has already been working on a pay raise, even before the new TA was announced, youll see, you bad union people...

hahahahahah, I can see Humphrybogar saying this...

Not sure if the last message was serious or not, these threads get off track so quickly. Back to the original question. Do you think that if the NJA contract passes CS will follow. When was the last CS pay raise and how long are the current pay rates good for. The $20,000 difference in first year pay (NJA vs CS) kinda stings.
And please, only constructive opinions relevant to the questions asked, no commedians.

The last CS pay raise was only a couple of months ago, but it mainly applied to senior captains. You are right that they will probably have to raise the FO rates to stay competitive.

As for me, it doesn't matter why I get a pay raise. The important thing is that I get one. Hopefully, it will be without a 39 month seat lock and 8 day tours. But I will give credit where credit is due, it and when everything comes together.

Actually it's nice to know why one gets a pay raise so when can have an idea, if not a contractual requirement, when the next one might occur.

But I will give credit where credit is due, it and when everything comes together.

Will that be in late November of this year?
