Delta Connects Lawton/Ft. Sill, Okla. Customers to Destinations Around the Globe with New Nonstop Service to Atlanta
ATLANTA, Oct. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Beginning, March 30, 2008, Delta Air Lines will offer customers in Lawton/Ft. Sill, Okla. access to its global network of destinations with nonstop service to the world's largest airline hub in Atlanta. Delta Connection carrier Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) will operate the only jet service to and from Lawton/Ft. Sill using the 50-seat Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft.

Sill area nonstop service to Atlanta and connecting service to the world,'' said Joe Esposito, Delta's managing director, Schedule Planning. ``Our aggressive international expansion efforts will allow travelers to and from Lawton/Ft. Sill the ability to reap the benefits of an expansive route network via our Atlanta hub.''
With the new daily nonstop flights to and from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Delta will provide customers with superior connection opportunities to 52 countries. Delta's Atlanta hub is the fastest growing international gateway in the United States, with the addition of 29 new international routes since 2005. As part of its summer 2008 schedule, Delta plans to serve more than 80 nonstop international destinations from Atlanta.
Flights will be available for sale to customers today at delta.com and via other ticketing channels, based on the following flight schedules:

4371 Atlanta at 11 a.m. Lawton at 1:35 p.m.
9765 Atlanta at 7:45 p.m. Lawton at 9:20 p.m.
