Could anybody possibly help me out with the loads on JetBlue #165 from JFK-PDX on Sunday, October 14th? Also, can your 320's fly full plus a jumpseater, transcon with the winds? Thanks in advance.

It looks good now and yes we can - now.
Did you change your weights? I thought you had issues with transcons. Or was that just that stretch of screwy winds?

Booked to xxx out of 150 as of now. Two jumpseats up front, three in the back.

Dude! What the he!! are you doing???

You are not allowed to give these loads in a public arena! Read the page just before you get to the actual page where you find the loads where you have to click "search for flights".

I suggest you take this information off ASAP, lest you get fired!....unless you're senior to me, then go ahead and share all the company information you want.

Hey Guppy. Don't you think a pm would have been more appropriate? Where's your tact?

We can now do a transcon in the winter without stopping since we took out 6 seats and adjusted our W & B. Our A320s used to seat 156 with 4 flight attendants, now they seat 150 with 3 flight attendants.
Other than screwy winds, we used to barely not be able to make it. Now I guess the weight difference is good enough most of the time.

Odds are that 90+% of the time, we can take a full load to the west coast (just my personal experience). Sometimes a flight is blocked/limited to a specific number of pax and estimated bags based on winds, but the crew has the ultimate authority/weight and balance to add additional revenue/non-rev based on actual condition (pax, kids, bags, fuel, winds, etc). However throw in bad winter winds, or throw in IFR requiring an alternate on the west coast, or both (depending on the combination we might need to limit load/pax/bags/cargo or tech stop.

Obviously if we tech stop, then we can take everyone. The reduced seats and one less FA have helped with weight and should reduce tech stops. So, I would recommend looking at the winds and weather where you are going and do some of that pilot stuff on your own and you can make an educated guess. It is pretty rare that we have to leave someone behind. Not that we give priority to JS (we can't), but often we can make it happen for the JSer. Good luck

Just my opinion......

Oh my your right the SEC, Anti-trust dept. and the company themselves are going to come after you because people are over here trolling to find out loads on some obscure flight.

When is the last time you were laid Guppy.

But I guess since Jtblu doesn't have a union when you get fired you won't be able to get your job back via an arbitrator.

FI is NOT your non-rev/commuting headquarters..

This is an old topic and most FI posters have seen it before.

The FI mods have posted about it and its buried in a mod permanent posting or in the FI rules.

But all you commuters out there... use your personal buddy system or call reservations re: your travel needs.

DON'T use a PUBLIC FORUM for your commuting/leisure travel booking research..

Some people I guess are just ignorant of proper etiquette and rules about posting proprietary info on a PUBLIC/PRIVATE FORUM.
