I have an interview with US Airways this week in PHX. I was not able to interview last week in CLT. Can anyone who has interviewed recently give me some king of idea what the interview process is like now? Was last week the first week of off the street interviews?

They're interviewing in PHX??

I would go to aviationinterviews.com and read over the old AWA information.

Right before they stopped hiring they switched from a sim/panel format to a written/panel format. Supposedly the written was a collection of scenarios...long response format. I did the sim, so I can't speak accurately about it, but I would assume that the process is similar to what it used to be.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

They are interview some in PHX and some in CLT. I was told that everyone goes thru PHX for an indoc then is assigned a plane. That determines where they train.

Still curious about what contract though.
