The jetBlue Experience

- Inflight TV rocks
- Extra leg room. Wow. My knees aren't jammed up against the seat in front of me.
- Chocolate chip cookies.
- Blue potato chips
- Friendly inflight crewmembers. They do look good in blue.
- Get to follow the route of flight if you aren't watching TV

I can see why they get high ratings in customer satisfaction.

Totally agree. I have to buy tickets these days and jetBlue is my first choice.

it to bad JBLU has to sell their older aircraft and replace them with the new ones.

I was speaking with the dir of mx and he told me that as soon as there are 3 mel's on the plane that they put it up for sale. As soon as there are 4 they are sold to Germany and Spain...

What nobody actually really knows is that our investors and management have 12 and 22% stakes in 2 lcc's in Europe. We are actually using our own planes to build their fleets with our depreciated aircraft. Once the A350 is ready we will get a bunch and cross the pond to their main hubs..
