Anyone else fill out the online app? I get to the pilot app addendum/last page select "yes" and hit next and all I get is a blank page. Anyone else getting the same?

IT'S ONLY ACCEPTING APP'S FROM THE WHOLLY OWNED'S RIGHT NOW.......

OK, I was just kidding.......:D

good luck!

welcome to the new Airways... nothing works like its intended - especially anything that involves our IT department.

The application was not supposed to be posted online until Friday or Monday. There have been problems with the app that haven't been ironed out and I think they might have pulled it until they get the bugs worked out.

Hope that helps.

Thank you...I am so glad I printed out the time matrix that took a while to fill out!

The only problem is that you're thinking of working there. Does a lack of returning furloughees not clue anyone in?

Have a ball. Welcome to the most dysfunctional family in the airline business. Low pay, crappy benefits, unhappy employees....what could be better!!!!!!

Alright, too much negativity lately.

US Airways is currently a labor hell - operative word is currently. This will work out, the company is in financial good health, the attrition and growth outlooks are more positive than negative. Even on the worst day, this place is better than the best day at my previous regional.

So yes, it is a mess, but in 2 years it may not be.

USAIR worst day is better then ASA's Best Day!

Looking at the future growth/retirement opportunity
prob similar to CAL in the near future without being based in EWR!
North East Bases (BOS, PHL) or CLT would work too
2 years of contract talks is nothing compared to the 5 we have endured at ASA.

USAir has never done anything other than hemmhorage red ink the minute the economy heads down hill; will it be any different in the predicted coming downturn?

Not trying to be negative, I just don't want to see another generation of false career expectations. Study your history before you consider coming here.

Or if you are like me, you cant afford to fill out the app until you have saved at least a yrs salary to go to work over there

Thanks for the info, anybody have any luck with it yet?
