It took 30 minutes today to get our windshield washed. Crazy!

Had a friend tell me this morning his Captain had to do the carpet dance for the Chief Pilots. I guess Tutt called all pissed off because they wrote up missing placards this morning at the outstation. Anyone else have this happen?

Did I miss something?

I thought planes were supposed to have all required placards..... What did I miss? Did the FAA put out something about outstations? Now we are OK with all these placards missing as long as it is at an outstation? Perhaps I should call our POI and see what he thinks about this new directive that apparently only Tutt knows about......

I'm wondering if the company is going to try to start putting pressure on the crews writing up these planes at the outstations. Especially on the first flights. Not really sure what they can do, but it'll be interesting to see if they start playing dirty. Just wanted to let you guys know they are questioning these legitimate write ups.
