Are they still using a written test as part of their interview process?

As part of the medical, do they still have a cognitive test?

and finally,

What about the no commuting for the first six months policy. is that still in effect?

thanks.

Nope. At least I never had one.

The "medical" at the interview consists of a hearing test, two pee tests, and fingerprinting.

They didn't say anything about that in the interview, so I would assume no.

Not sure about the written test.

The cog test is no longer part of the interview.

I never heard anything about a sixth month no commuting policy. I was based in San Juan for a year starting in April and commuted to the mainland, so that is not in effect.

No

No, just a pee test and fingerprint.

No, you can even commute to and from training on the weekends, starting your very first weekend there.

I have been at Eagle for about a year now.

Wow. When I got hired.... (3 years and change ago).

-50 question ATP written test.
-2 interviews: Technical and HR.
-B707 sim evaluation.
-Military style Class 1 medical + fingerprinting.
-Cognitive test.
-Captains board final review.

Amazing how times change.

Naw, they still have it. Or at least they did when I was there two and half weeks ago.
