Does anyone know where I could see a copy of Contract 97 for Cal?
I have a copy. Each section is a Word document. Lemme know (via PM) where you want me to send it.

why do you want one?
Sometimes it pays to know where you've come from to figure out where you are going.

Just wait for the next contract is negotiated and it will be pretty much the same as '97

Now excuse me while I duck for cover.

If they are lucky.

I just took a jumpseater from big CAL that said that the line pilot that negotiated the 2002 Contract for the pilots has excepted a job offer from management to negotiate AGAINST the pilots on this new contract.

That's pretty low, if you ask me.

If you are looking for this one:
Continental Airlines (CAL) IACP Contract S: 6/25/98 E: 6/25/98 A: 10/1/02 (ALPA as of 6/1/01)
You can get it from the NMB.gov website.

You are correct and the fact that sc$b bag Tom Stivala has accepted a HR position should even more unify our pissed off pilot group. Although this makes me literally sick this will more than likely benefit our side then managements.

Do you mean "accepted?" Or is he against the job he was offered or something?

Thanks for correcting my spelling. It was very, very early in the hotel.

Needless to say, I think that this is one of the lowest things a person can do (switch sides, Benadict Arnold style), and I hope you guys embarrass him at the negotiating table.

Good luck! You're going to need it. But hopefully you guys will be prepared for these dirty tricks.

That is the best news I have heard in a long time. The guys who negotiated contract 02 were not the sharpest tools in the shed, just look at the product they achived. I am glad the enemy now has the dead weight on their side.

Could somebody please post gay horse boy/girl's earlier post about how much they would love to work at CAL and then add on another of his/her posts that is blasting CAL after Pocono got turned down by CAL? I just think it would make a rather ironic statement when Pocono is talking about Benedict Arnold. Great job on another fine post Pocono!

Ask and you shall receive:

I agree.

With all the retirements, CAL could be the most secure major out there. Also, there is a good chance that CAL will be the highest paid eventually with a new contract.

I hope to be there soon.

Maybe that is why Pocono did not get the job at CAL she accidently told the interview team she "excepted" the job and not "accepted it".

What a bummer ... DUDE!
