two days is a row, airways has canceled every flight after 4pm out of my home airport. That included every flight to LGA, DCA, and PHL. I know there was some weather, or at least expectation of weather, but at 8:45 this morning airways had canceled at least half a dozen evening flights from my hometown. Maybe they just don't like me....

You are correct sir. When I do fly as a pax, USAirways never fails to disappoint me. Apathetic employees, gate agents who treat you like prison inmates (many have probably been there) and no urgency to go that extra mile. USAirway's First Class service resembles how Economy Class used to be in the 90s - no incremental value despite the higher price. However, this is indicative of what is happening throughout the airline business. Everything is going low-cost and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I avoid USScareways whenever possible.

Best summary of US Airways I have ever read! I happen to work at a WO clown airline and I couldn't agree with you more.

That is exactly right...you get what you pay for. Unfortanely the American public is slow to realize this when it comes to flying. When riding a greyhound is more expensive something is wrong.
