ExpressJet - seriously, a 10. We've got some pains right now from dealing with doubling the number of bases. But overall, our issues are child's play compared with the daily quandries other commuters face. Having the fattest Jepp binders of any airline in the World brings it's challenges with 170 regular destinations. We're doing O.K.

When I worked at ASA I would rate the management team.....maybe a 4. They were terrible at seperating rumor from reality and usually if their mouths were moving they were lying. They live by the motto: if you can't dazzle with brilliance then baffle with bullsh!t.
