Can anyone from Continental post or private message me if UPS is allowed to jumpseat (cabin seat) to England? Any special procedures? Thanks.

You sure can (cabin only). Just check in no later than 90 minutes prior.
 
From what I understand, Continental went to a new international jumpseat policy as of 15 May. Now, anyone on their jumpseat list can go int'l - there's no more international list of the lucky few. Of course, as always, jumpseating on flights outside the US is restricted to cabin only.

That is correct and it's reflected in the Jumpseat Policy on our Flight Ops website.
