I did a search and only found a thread from 2 years ago. It answered a few questions but I still have a few more.
First whats the pay, and second whats the pay?
How does the bid system work and how far in advance do you know your schedule?
How are the benifits, are they similar to the pilot group?
The web site says a 73 type is not required but are they actually hiring guys without the type?
All constructive comments appreciated.

I just did the phone interview. Can anyone answer the question about the pay scale. I found out what it would be now and for the next two years, but what are the annual increases? I would have to take a large pay cut initially. I need to know how long it would take to out pace where I am currently employeed.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Was told 65K to start and they do hire without the type, Got the scoop from an instructor!

Must be selected for an interview, and then successfully pass the same interview process as any other person trying to be hired as a pilot.
