So are we to believe everything the union puts out as gospel? I prefer to look/read "between the lines" (I learned this from you!) of union BS and company BS and draw my own conclusion. As of right now, I believe the union is over reaching and will eventually cost us our jobs.

No, "anti union" people will point to the situation and say "see THAT'S what you get with a union... lazy, incompetent, unmotivated employees who perform poorly". Of course, we know that has nothing to do with the union, but rather our low morale as a function of how we're treated by management, but the Wal-Mart types don't believe this and won't believe this.

Of course, they also think their employees are well treated, highly motivated, and well compensated. Right. That's why Wal-Mart customer service is soooo great...?
