I have heard that OAL pilots can JS on INTL flights. Is this true?? I am trying to go PHL-BDA. Also do you have to Check in at the ticket counter to pay the taxes? Thanks for any info.
 
Yup. No OALs on cockpit js tho, CASS is domestic only - so make sure there will be seats available in back, cuz jumpseaters are lowest priority of all nonrevs for seats in the back.

It says in the Ops manual that there are no JS's allowed on the flight deck on Intl. flights. Sorry.
