A couple of years ago I flew naps for a good solid year and was never integrated for a 3 day. I presumed it was some sort of unwritten rule that they separate the naps from the big trips in integration...

Has this happened to a lot of you? So much for circadian rhythm.

The company rewrote/reinterperated this rule along with the 2 days off after 3 Naps...they now can give day lines etc...just non-naps....its just plain crazy talk.

We have 761ND to thank for this new interpritation!

I'm kinda new here, so I'm trying to figure out what this means. What is 'integration'? (with reference to ASA and scheduling...)

Make sure to piss on the airplane if you ever have the opportunity to walk by it late at night. That's what I think of 761ND and its namesake.

Dog I'm with ya on that!

I was on 761ND the other day and they have a new picture in the wall. I wonder how long it will take before the new picture has the hitler mustache (sp) filled in?

Incidentally, we had an F/O get killed in a car accident about a year ago, and he didn't get an airplane to memorialize him. He got a crappy photocopy of his Company ID picture posted on a memo in the crew lounge. I'm sorry he's dead, but the ND airplane, in my opinion, is an insult to every line pilot at ASA.

1)Assignment of trips at the beginning of the month with absolutely no regard to seniority or personal preference.

2) Never being able to plan anything for the first few days of ANY month.

There is nothing in the current agreement that prevents them from doing it. It just took 8 years for them to figure it out.

When they give you a regular trip when you're doing a nap line you are flying for free. They know you are not going over guarantee for the month. Bend over.

on the other hand, its an opportunity to get more premium before it goes away with the new contract.
