BURLINGTON, Vt. - A woman who claims she was kicked off an airplane because she was breast-feeding her baby has filed a complaint against two airlines, her attorney said.
Emily Gillette, 27, of Santa Fe, N.M., filed the complaint with the Vermont Human Rights Commission late last week against Delta Air Lines and Freedom Airlines, said her attorney, Elizabeth Boepple. Freedom was operating the Delta flight between Burlington and New York City.
Gillette said she was discreetly breast-feeding her 22-month-old daughter on Oct. 13 as their flight prepared to leave Burlington International Airport. She said she was seated by the window in the next-to-last row, her husband was seated between her and the aisle and no part of her breast was showing.

Paul,

I saw it was freedom but Delta will catch the case as well since it's their connection flight.

Don't confuse WD with facts. He's still under the ASSumption that his "handyman business" is legit!
Besides, he's just crested the 900 mark on posts, he's trying real hard (like his handyman business) to get to 1000!

Guess she could have taken the route of Bill(737 Pylt)and sent her money to a degree mill. Bet they'd let her stay on since they hire those with the same.

Steven....Don't hate the player, hate the game.
Thanks for continuing to prove my point.

Another post from degree mill bill adds yet ANOTHER point in my column. WHOOP! Oh just to answer your question before hand. "WHOOP!" is an expression from an institution of higher education. What's the yell from a degree mill? "Cha ching?"

Steven:
Its way past your bedtime my little stalker. Tell you what. Tomorrow, I'll let you educate me on how the seniority snapshot went at LCC!!!!!

And who says a 2 year community college degree can't get you anywhere, it got Steven his job at PSA!

Howdy degree mill Bill. Just to let ya know typically a 2 year community college does not use such expressions as "WHOOP" as they generally do not have competative sport programs that compete on the NCAA level. So wrong on that point once again. Since you can't seem to remember that I already answered your question(typical)my senority is safe and sound. Thanks for your concern though. Just to quote your alma maters rally cry, "CHA CHING!!!"   ANOTHER ONE IN MY COLUMN!!!!

Thanks for that timely news story.

I wonder if the vibration has stopped from her "DL" D-8 ride. Of course, maybe she enjoys that sort of thing...

In other "news", Valerie Plame was outed as a CIA operative...

Incident happened October 13th, 2006, and the complaint was filed during the week of November 6th, 2006. The news articles came out the following week.

If there's a new development in this case, "homeboy," your posted article from last November didn't mention it.

Old news, but let me be very clear, we (and I know I don't speak for every pilot, just the males) encourage all forms of breast feeding on our aircraft.
