I was just called for an interview for Colgan in LGA. Any tips or help or anything to help me prepare? They aren't giving me much time, the interview is tuesday.

THanks

I have never interviewed with them. I am a former crew scheduler, but Chuck and Kathy are very nice people when just walking around talking to people. Chuck can seem intimidating. Im also assuming its going to be Chuck or Kathy interviewing. Just be yourself, and know that they need FO's like crazy!

Thanks for the advice. I didn't realize who I was exactly talking to earlier today, but Chuck called me and the interview has been moved back for now. So at least I have some more time to study.

Yeah, www.aviationinterviews.com should spell it out for you....Basically, it'll be your job to lose. We're going to hire a ton of FOs. Be professional, outgoing, study the gouges on that site, know the profile they describe for the sim. evaluation, and you should be set.

A lot of guys are weeded out by not getting a respectable score on that test and/or and messing up in the sim (usually entering the wrong hold).
