I just tried to apply and their website took me to peoplescout.com and it said they have no positions available. Anyone else have that problem? Are they not hiring?

We are definitely hiring, dont know what the problem is though with your app. We are hiring 80 pilots a month supposedly.

I would say pretty good if you are hired in the next 6 months or so. ONT went pretty junior. I think it will swing in later bids and become more senior, too many questions right now about schedules and commutability.

do you get to choose your base prior to class or sometime thereafter?

You put in your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choices sometime during systems ground school, and you find out what base you got during sim training.
