Has anyone else heard that Republic may lower their minimums from 1500/300 me? Anyway for someone to get in with less than 1500 hours but has 121 experience? How do you guys like it there.. what's the contract/management/flying like? Thanks.

i have heard they have lowered their mins for the 145 and crj200 to 1000tt for people that have previous 121 experience. Many people have said that it is a rumor, and many have said its not. Also they have their bridge program with the delta connection academy and those guys are considered with time below the mins. I am applying every 48 hours. Hopefully i will hear something soon.

i am applying every ten minutes in triplicate. plus i have already sent them my stool sample and urine test. i suggest all serious applicants do the same.

I applied last night on their website and got an immediate email response saying they hired someone else for the position. Kinda hard to believe the position would be full since they are gonna hire 1000. The strange part is that it won't let me change my pilot specific qualifications on the website. Anybody else have any suggestions? Email, fax, and mail?

i applied several times last week and got that same immediate email. However when i applied last night, I didnt receive an instant no!, is that a good sign!

Does it let you get back in and update your times? I know it will let you upload a new resume, but will it let you input your new numbers in the later part?

If you know someone that can walk it in to a CP, do it! If not, keep emailing/faxing - it's all timing, they are so understaffed that they only see what's directly in front of them right now.

I do know a few guys in SDF. I only need 6 more hours of multi, which I should get this week on my next 2 trips. After I get that I'll give the guys I know in SDF an updated resume.

I applied two months ago and got the same deal. They called me a week ago, interviewed me the next day, offered me the class an hour after the interview, and I start on Thursday! It will happen quick, don't worry. I think it takes them a while to sift through the applications manualy if you don't have the 1500. They are literally interviewing people every day.

I've got 1650TT/297ME and current part 135 captain, but I'm no delta academy grad so I don't expect to get called until I fly my next trip and get the remaining 3 hours. I really hope to get called. I know a couple of captains and a "senior" FO in SDF. I might have them carry my resume.

Just do like I did with both airlines that I've been hired at. If your serious that RAH is the place for you, use the online system, e-mail your resume to everyone you can get an address for, Fax one, Snail-Mail a copy, Call every person in HR and repeat weekly. They will hire you to cut down on lost time throwing away your stuff away and having paper mountains of one applicant's resume. Make sure that each copy of your resume is professional and as neat as if it was the only one you've ever sent.
