Anyone know where to get a decent uniform hat? I have tried Bancroft but can't get a hold of anyone.

Bancroft makes the best hats out there. Try again on a weekday. :D They're really nice people, too.
They have had a "vacation" recording on their machine sine Dec. 22nd saying they will be open again on the 2nd. I have emailed and left a voicemail and have yet to hear anything. (both on weekdays) Does Superior still make caps?

While we are on the supplies topic, what is a good website that I could find a decent flight bag?

They all should have went out of business in the 1930's when people stopped wearing hats with their suits.

How depressing. too bad things aren't still like they were in the 30's, when there still were standards of dress and etiquitte. I like the hats, and I for one enjoy wearing mine. And for the record, I still sport a fedorda with my non-uniform suits and overcoats.
