I just got done reading ALL the depositions at RJdefense.

I am sick. I feel like I felt when my first wife took all my money and ran.

No meetings on almost everything in two years, while the whole industry goes to ********************.

Can I get my money back from ALPA for larceny, before they loose it in court?

Is it too late for the paddles for ALPA? Can I yell clear?

This sucks.

Do you always form your conclusions after only hearing one side of the story? Keep in mind that everything you read is prepared by lawyers for the sole purpose of bolstering their case. Whether or not any of it is true is up to the courts to figure out. Most of the allegations brought by the RJDC have been thrown out already.

Sir,

I read the depositions, not any conclusions. Go read what they all say!

For Instance: "Mr Woerth, is it true that the scope committe has not met in two years?

"Yes"

"Why is that?"

"Everyone has been busy"

In other words, "I haven't read any of the depositions."

Haber: Do you recall, I guess it was in your first year of your presidency of ALPA, testifying before a subcommittee of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure?

Woerth: I have done a lot of -- I would have to review it. I testify a lot in front of Congress.

Haber: During that testimony do you recall referring to the growth of the regional jet industry as one of the challenges that has contributed to flight delays?

Woerth: I would have to see the testimony.

Haber: Does it refresh your recollection if I tell you that you had testified that regional jets were among the newest threats, that is a quote, among the newest threats to airport capacity?

Woerth: Again, that wouldn't surprise me, but I would like to look at the testimony.

==========

Woerth: ...The fleet of narrow body airplanes has shrunk in the legacy carriers and the RJ fleet has grown up to this point. Now it has stopped.

Haber: Now, if that happened presumably it met the business plan of the carriers?

Woerth: Uh-huh.

Haber: And if you put three planes in the air rather than one, you are using six pilots rather than two?

Woerth: Uh-huh.

Haber: So, what is so bad about using smaller aircraft?

Woerth: Nobody said it was bad.

Ummm news flash, WOERTHLESS WAS VOTED OUT! It's time to move on RJDC fans.

I have news for you... the RJDC battle is dead. Scope has been defeated, the 90 seat RJs are here, and no end is in sight. Your continued insistence that you were somehow slighted by ALPA is proof that you're only in it for money.

I can't seem to find that exchange anywhere in the deposition. Can you please cite a page number?
