Airline pilot Central states $49.00 for first year with other raises in 08,09..

Any idea what those rates will be?

We just got a huge 1.5% raise, and are due to get atleast that next year plus maybe more (up to 6% a year) if we are profitable. So, it could be more I guess....

I wonder if the new Delta rates will create a mass exodus from AirTran as most of my recomendation sources are already applying.
For comparison first year at AirTran is @$43, second year is @$56 but we all have the dream of a quick upgrade and a strong management team to help us stay around. The only problem is the quick upgrade might go away with a MidWest deal and wonder if our grand plan is to be sold to another larger airline in the future.
Glad to see Delta was able to afford the new bus paint scheme minus catchy phrases - "wave at our friendly crewmembers behind the tinted windows they will wave back but you will not see them."
