That looks like great crew usage. I had to read that a few times to really understand that it says 28 hours of deadhead. I am reading the correct right?

No that part is incorrect. They show the LAX-ATL deadhead at 23 hours. I don't know, maybe Delta uses the polar route. So this is now only 10 hours of credit (1:40 tblock) with a 70 hours TAFB.

With a 4:1 trip rig, that trip would be worth over 21 hours.

a smart LAX CA would pick this up or swap for it, claim the DH per the contract and never leave LAX other than to do the one turn to PSP (or whatever it was)....get 10+ hrs credit for one RT....and looks like if you printed it out like it is on here for proof, you could claim 29+ credit....once its on your schedule, you'll get paid for it...
