Yep, 2 weeks. At SkyW, deadhead pay is paid at 100%, so if i'm riding in the back on a 2.5 hour flight I get 2.5 hours credit.

No. If you live out of domicile it is your responsibilty to get there. Deadheads are built into the trips by scheduling.

Thats not possible... havent you heard our pay and workrules suck? According to everyone else, of course..
