DCA - Cockpit jumpseat?

Just wondering if you can CASS out of there... I know they have some weird rules and since I fly cargo I don't know one of them

And I am guessing the NWA A319 has two jumpeats up front?

Why? What's the big deal? Yes, you can do the CASS thing out of DCA. I did last month, DCA-DFW on AA on my way to training. DCA is no different from IAD, BWI, or PHX. No extra special cavity search just cause it's Reagan.
