When is the next class. ?

Actually if you listen to the conference call today you would know that it is for attrition. Upgrade is now at 2 years in the Saab but they are working on getting us raises. 26 an hour.

26 wow that is awesome..beers for everyone...is it really for attrition? Do we really have 10 or 12 leaving a month??? I thought maybe 5 a month...i heard the next class was going to have 20 in it.

Well if by attrition you mean leaving. We have had 6 to 7 FO's quit or fired in the last month and 1/2 alone in IAH. Guess they just couldn't get far enough away from the brain factory.

wow....what are they getting fired for? Is chuck pretty fair about his firing or is it pretty much you never know where you stand if you screw up ???

another sign of the coming hiring boom

Wow G-Dub your one of the 8 that signed in for the conference call. I was the one that asked about the raises.....

From what I understand, if you get fired, it's justified. Now the guys who quit on their own, different story. Some were pushed out by instructors that thought putting their upgrade off for a year would be a good idea. Not sure about the skills of most, but one that I knew well had a personality clash with a sim instructor and was not recomended, though many senior captains all say that it was bs. So the FO went to find a better union...

Flipping off the TSA in uniform constitutes poor headwork, and he probably is lucky that he was asked to resign vice just getting S***canned.
