Isnt JetBlue also being sued by a pakistani pilot? I know that it has no relevance but JB is in all kinds of trouble.

You're right. That does have no relevance here. That issue is buried in some other thread. This thread is strictly about how we didn't land on a taxiway at Newark yesterday.

"Synonymous" my bad you still win the tool contest! spell check doesn't help with that one!

I still win the tool contest? Let's examine that for a moment.

Who operates under a 5 year employment contract?
Who cleans cabins like a minimum wage illegal alien?
Who only has a 2 year LTD plan?
Who has lousy medical benefits?
Who is enjoying a generous lump sum retirement accruing cash daily?
Who willingly works for a company that pays 50 seat wages for a 190?
Who works for a carrier that decides they can flaunt flt. and duty time regs?
Who works for a carrier that instead of making pilot working conditions more restrictive, they want to open the barn door for more flying?

Uh, I do, and its still better than Northwest. Now go and lubricate your massive lump sum and grovel at the feet of your masters butboy bj Captain.

I didn't know NWA requires their pilots to clean cabins, sign contracts for employment, bust fars by experimenting with extended duty days so on and so forth. But I am confident ALPA will recover and get back what they gave up long before you fools will get a raise on the 190. If the airplane is even around much longer.

The last part is a bit confusing except for the fact you sound a tad jealous (you should be). Enjoy your substandard working conditions and employment. Sounds like it was the best you could do.

you just can't help but continue to prove my point can you! and you assume to know a lot.

Prove what you think you wish...it still doesn't change your comical pay, benefits and working conditions. Maybe when the kool aid wears off you'll see clearer? Maybe you just couldn't do any better? Probably a little of both.

How is the raise going for the 190? LMAO!!!

Are you going to add anything intelligent to this post, or are you just going to continue to bash JB and continue to stir up sh!t? All this garbage has been said before!

The only thing comical is you arrogance and your assumption to know everything about people you don't even know. The sign of a flawed character is unjustified contempt without a rational thought process. You have the market cornered in this area. Keep up the rant though it is free entertainment after all...

I was with you right up to the part you said, "I am confident ALPA...." then I was rolling on the floor laughing. You've placed your confidence in a mighty strange place.

Think about it again!!! I actually agree with you.

So what am I wrong about?

The 190 pay?

The cabin cleaning?

The LTD plan?

The flight and duty time experiment?

The 5 year contract?

Your benefits?

Yet you are one to talk. I state what is generally thought of about Blue within the industry as "trash", yet you say initially I am a tool on a specific level.

But I do agree with you on one thing. JB does provide free entertainment to all of us with your experiments.Sheesh I hope they didn't give away my personal data when I flew on you last year.

We have another winner! Garbage and Blue in the same breath.

You guys do quite well at bashing yourselves with your little games.

Don't sell yourself short, you demonstrate the ability on all levels!

A level that points out Blue well yes then for you..guilty as charged. I also notice you don;t dispute anything I have said so once again I have been proven right. I am truly sorry those subjects cause such great consternation.

You just don't like the truth about your job (note choice of words carefully as I am not labeling it a career). It shows every time you look at your pay and wonder how much other professional pilots laugh at the charades that go on over there.

Run along now I'm sure there is a dirty cabin somewhere that needs your skills as a pilot to clean.

My lack of response to you is the fact that all your points have been discussed before. You seem though to be much like a broken record or a politician that can't find any new material. If it makes you feel good then you are right, although you know that already, at least in you own mind, which is obviously the most important thing.

So you are saying that you are a tool for knowing all of that yet still accepting the position? All right then I suppose someone has to lower themselves to do it.

You seem though to be much like a broken record or a politician that can't find any new material.

Who needs new material when you guys cook up some of these schemes like the subject on this thread?

If it makes you feel good then you are right, although you know that already, at least in you own mind, which is obviously the most important thing.

I'm really happy for you that your mind accepts lowering yourself to clean cabins, violate flt and duty regs, try to change regs, fly a 190 for 50 seat wages, work under a 5 year contract, accept a lousy ltd plan, lousy insurance etc. etc.

You see, maybe that broken record will get some of you clowns over there to wake up and realize that a lot of what you are doing does hurt others in the industry. Just like what the point of this whole thread was in the first place.

Did the ATR pay more or the same than your 190 is paying you now?
Its like Butboy BJ Captain has no life. He knows the answer to each of his points, and yet he rides them like the pimple faced nerd in the cafeteria in high school. I get a kick out of cleaning the cabin with some of our young fa's. Why that should be some test of JP43210ltuser's manhood is beyond me. The FAA has dropped the fatigue testing matter with no recourse, and we are about to get a pay raise on the 190. Butboy BJ Captain is polishing the boots of lawyers and hollywood eliteists with his tounge, and then cranking on JetBlue. Go figure.

Check your regs, I'm not giving ground school today.

Thank you for the reference. That helps. I also noticed that the FAA defines a "supplemental" flight as follows:

http://www.risingup.com/fars/info/part119-3-FAR.shtml

Supplemental operation
means any common carriage operation for compensation or hire conducted with any airplane described in paragraph (1) of this definition that is a type of operation described in paragraph (2) of this definition:

(1) Airplanes:

(i) Airplanes having a passenger-seat configuration of more than 30 seats, excluding each crewmember seat;

(ii) Airplanes having a payload capacity of more than 7,500 pounds; or

(iii) Each propeller-powered airplane having a passenger-seat configuration of more than 9 seats and less than 31 seats, excluding each crewmember seat, that is also used in domestic or flag operations and that is so listed in the operations specifications as required by §119.49(a)(4) for those operations; or

(iv) Each turbojet powered airplane having a passenger seat configuration of 1 or more and less than 31 seats, excluding each crewmember seat, that is also used in domestic or flag operations and that is so listed in the operations specifications as required by §119.49(a)(4) for those operations.

(2) Types of operation:

(i) Operations for which the departure time, departure location, and arrival location are specifically negotiated with the customer or the customer's representative; (in other words not a scheduled flight)

(ii) All-cargo operations; or

(iii) Passenger-carrying public charter operations conducted under part 380 of this title.

Which begs the question, were these scheduled flights, all cargo flights or charter flights? Do you know?

Thanks in advance.

Did the ATR pay more or the same than your 190 is paying you now?

.

JBLU 190 capt. pay ranges from $61-$89/hr
ASA ATR capt. pay ranges from $55-$82/hr

So clearly the JBLU 190 pays more than the ASA ATR. Of course you also have to factor in that the ATR pilot isn't expected to clean the cabin, but that's another story.;)

So why is JP43210ltuser in red again? Did he snap again? I am sure the owners of his company do not know they have a psycho working for them.
