No it isn'tLocal Training
Based out of KWRI (227th SOF)Interesting as this B757 is the only RR powered 57 in the AF fleet the others being PW2000. I think they are based out of KSKF.
The 89th 757's were new and have PW2040's. No way Congress would have approved RR engines on new jets. Their training call sign is Venus.
Hey! Let's talk about some more black projects while we are on a roll here! We are at war and most nations are trying to figure something out about our capabiliites....let's make it easier on them. Read the sarcasm please and end this thread.
Sorry fella, but the AF does operate ONE B757 with RR engines. They train right along side of us at Alteon (Boeing) in Seattle. Take a look at the Boeing 757 production list. It's right there for your very own eyes. Don't ask me why, but don't tell me it is not there either.
Check your B757 production list. SN 25494, Line no. 0611, B757-23A, US Air Force. Probably some black project but none the less a real Air Force B757-200
Uh, I think they are training at UPS in Louisville as well.

I think the 89th uses UPS and the "other guys" use Alteon still?
Nope. Not true. The other guys come around here every so aften.
