Trying to get an interview at a company that turned me down the first time. Its been more than "6" months. Interview went well the first time, but I didnt have any 121 time or training. I have a little now though. Anyone out there found it harder or easier the second time around for getting an interview? or a job offer? BTW...the company is AWAC. Thanks in advance.

Some companies like multiple attempts (it shows real interest), others don't.

I would say that if they give you another interview, you will have a pretty good shot. Since you already have a relationship of sorts, I would just call the recruiter and say " my six months are up, can I have a date?"

Thanks Rickair7777.....anyone interview at AWAC a second time? Was it like the first interview?

Good buddy of mine got hired on his second attempt, it was pretty much the same as far as I know, and I know he is not the only one that had to take 2 tries to get on...just keep sending resumes, and as usual, and internal rec will be required... GOOD LUCK!
