At what longevity (what year pay rate) will you be returning?

He should've been a Oct 01 furloughee; he will return on first year pay for the first couple of months. We got no longevity while on furlough; the company offered it in one of the TAs, but it was negotiated away. A VERY sore spot for many of us furloughees.
