Just curious what the travel bennies are with these two guys on Continental? Are buddy passes good on Continental with them?

expressjet is SA3 for continental while colgan and any other carrier for continental is SA5. At least that's what someone told me....

That's true

Colgan also gets no buddy passes on Continental, just regular non-rev priviledges for you and your dependants.

If you work for Colgan in the Northeast you get non-rev priviledges on BOTH USAirways and United with USAirways giving you buddy passes and United some "friends and family" discount thing every few months.

Yea at least for another 4 months or so then...SA5 baby!!!
From the penthouse to the outhouse...thanks I.P.O.!!!!!!!:(

So if you work for Colgan and want to take a friend with you on Continental then it's published fare for them? No discounts?

How hard is it to get Houston based with Colgan?

If it is a Colgan flight you and your dependants always take priority unless secret service or FAA need the seat. Buddy passes for mainline suck, cheaper to buy at Orbitz.

We lets take a look at the facts

FACT: Cummuteair just got this deal/the flight agreement ends in dec.
FACT: Even JR has said the seats belong to CAL...
FACT: Express is now just another Contract carrier for CAL
FACT: Even some people (nonames here) confirmed SA5 even on xjt flight numbers
FACT: CAL just got a huge concession from their employee group and THIS WAS AN ISSUE. they (CAL) is appealing their workgroups. I have been told this by an CAL empl.

But come Jan. xjt'er will be SA5...I hope not but the writting is on the wall
