Legacy UAL 777's gonna be doing our HNL-EWR route now, there's an instant increase for your JFK customer base. Not to come across as a d!ck, but I personally have 3 friends vowing never to fly United again since the merger, once very loyal CAL business customers. People like consistency of product, and the gap between U-UAL and U-CAL product is just too big a gap to risk getting one over the other... although the gap IS shrinking, and we all know in which direction.

I just wanted to say thank you for spelling you're correctly.

I'm a 1K customer from all my ACMI job travel, and I won't be using U-whoever unless I absolutely have no choice. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. I should have never left Delta(not much better).

Earlier in the year I was treated with so much disrespect and talked down at by the CAL agents in HNL when I showed up for my flight to DEN that was booked on a UAL flight with a FC upgrade. U-who-am-I changed the service to a CAL 76-4 and I became a non loyal coach class punk while FC/BC had seats open. Those people were nasty and TOTALLY unwilling to help me at all by telling me I had no status with their airline. I've been seeing that same $h!tty attitude in LAX, SFO and DEN for a while now also.

Pretty pathetic being a 1K customer and I would rather take Delta to and from work.
