1. 4 jobs in 15 years. Shortest job = 2.5 years

2. Flew 136 trips last year. 4 personal trips

3. I really wanted to live here, because that's where the job was.
It's 70 miles from where I grew up.

4. If pax are going to be more than 15 minutes after planned departure, they call. If the departure time is unknown upon arrival, they call as soon as they know.

Thanks for all the replies guys. FalconCapt & Accent are pretty dead on. We do some business flying, and that's what it seemed like it was mostly going to be. That's really not how it turned out, though. It just gets under my skin that he can call a day before he wants to go to Aspen, but he can't make a 30 second phone call if he's going to show up at 10 p.m. for a 5 p.m. departure.

I was at my last job (charter) for 6 months and left on good terms. I'd like to start looking again, but I don't want to look like a job-hopper.

1. 4 jobs, 1.5 yrs

2. 5% (if that... lol) 95% business...

3. I work @ SNA.. live in San Mateo (commute sucks... but o well..) and Newport Beach is nice, but it's not home... and have no intentions to move either... I love the bay area... lol

4. The people we currently fly are very good about giving us notice on their status... at least a day notice of the trip... usually several days before.... and even during the trip, they would call for changes or ETAs back to the FBO.

It's not the ideal job for me right now... but it is a job and it does put food on the table. Now, if I can only convince them to pay me industry wages and move to northern California... I'd be living in Heaven! :)
