Your Airline's Schd: Res/Open time/JM?

I would like to know how your airline does their reserve scheduling, open time (trip
dropping, etc.), junior manning, etc. How do they cover unexpected situations where they
need crews, how you are paid for the extra flying, how does this affect your days off, etc.,
etc.?

I may do that, but it's often difficult to wade through the lengthy documents to find what you're lookinig for-I was hoping for some quick feedback.

No kidding, plus the way each airline defines "day off" can be different.
