youngest age to log time?

A buddy and I were having a discussion, is there a minimum age to log time? I know about the solo and private ages. I can't find anything in the FARS, but the age of comprehension seems to be logical. Anyone?

The regulation specifies no age limit, high or low, for logging flight time.
