Usually the GREEN system is on the left, because the captain has a wallet full of cash...and the YELLOW is the right, because the fo's are scared! lol

Not bad...:) It's as good an explanation as any. And again, I will reiterate...who cares why they are called what they are called? But, I do like your explanation. :D
