From today's newspaper:

In a bizarre development, his [Michael Jackson's] reps yesterday said that while flying on a private jet to surrender, the superstar and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, were secretly filmed.

Two video cameras were discovered in the jet's baggage compartments during a routine cleaning, Fox News reported.

The midair footage debunks claims Jackson was an emotional wreck on the flight, instead showing him at ease and even smiling at times.

XtraJet officials admitted to later approaching the media about possibly selling the tapes, the Los Angeles Times said.

Ha! Was watching BBC news while watching this and MJ's lawyer was on a tirade about not allowing him to be abused by the public at large and mentioned putting Xtra Jet out of business for this little stunt. Odd timing.

Anyone know the N# of the XtraJet

Gulfstream used?

On the news this morning the attorney for XtraJet said that XtraJet had viewed this opportunity as a "lottery ticket"......jeez.

Just spoke to my buddy, an ex ExtraJet pilot and he told me that they actually put the cameras in the aircraft. I can't believe it myself -that is like putting a .45 to your head and pulling the trigger!

After this sorry episode who in there right mind are going to use this company for charter? They have single handedly damaged the reputation and image of jet charter.

Stupid dumb f**ks!

Makes you wonder if they have done this before (taping clients). I have a feeling there will be a few more aircraft available in Trade a Plane soon. FOR SALE: GII (Rare surveillance model!)

I do know one thing... my company would be more than happy to take Extra Jet's customers... and that most, if not all these entertainers in the Hollywood area and/or your typical charter client would NOT be using Extra Jet because of this stupid stunt... which means.. job stability.... and more airplanes to purchase... more opportunities... hmmmmm, if you guys need a job, let me know... (j/kidding... don't send me ur resumes just yet... :D )

shouldn't have said that.....

I know where u live big papa! I'm on my way with a stack o' resumes!
