XOJET Hiring/Interview Status

Greetings,

Does anyone have any good info on current hiring levels, etc.? I applied a year ago, haven't ever heard anything, and also have a rec. (more recently) from someone who did work there. I do not have the type rating(s) they inquire about on the app, but do have a lot of other boxes checked in addition to multiple type ratings. I know it's still really competitive for any decent job(s).

Interviews every couple of weeks, usually on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. There are over 10K resumes on file. They typically will interview 5-6 people at a time.
