I just submitted (or attempted to submit) the online application to XOJET. When I clicked the submit button, it reset the online application to all blanks. It didn't say, "thank you for applying" etc, it just reset the form. So I don't know if they recieved my stuff. Likewise, I haven't gotten any confirmation email yet.

Has anyone else had this experience? Is this just the way system works, or is the window to apply closed?

When I applied in December last year I received a "Thanks for applying, you are now on file" type email rather quickly. You should also be able to log in with your personal password to view and update your application.
I would wait a little, maybe a day, and if you haven't received an accepatance email, I would try again.

After reading a few more threads, it turns out they're not accepting applications. I will try applying again, but my guess is the system has been temporarily turned off.
 
I just checked the website and it looks like you can still apply?
 
Well, I just applied and this time it worked. Perhaps a server was down the other day.

So, I'm excited my app is finally in! Now, if they would just call me tomorrow...
