Reports to: Tracker Supervisor
Dispatcher License Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Flight following all company aircraft and crewmember movements throughout the network and record and verify flight data critical to flight operations
- Flight follows all company aircraft and crewmember movements in order to safely and efficiently execute all company flights with minimal delay to passengers
- Promote Safety Management System in accordance with company GOM and
GMM
• Tracks, monitors, and communicates any passenger related delays to Tracker Supervisor and appropriate CS teams and coordinate with crewmembers
• Verifies and confirms all trip crew services prior to aircraft departure, communicate discrepancies Tracker Supervisor and appropriate CS teams, and coordinate with crewmembers to correct discrepancies • Interfaces with FBO’s and other outside vendors to verify and confirm trip services for crews
• Utilizes company technologies to properly flight follow, verify and confirm trip services, and record critical flight data (FOS, FM, CAMP, etc)
• Utilizes AFIS messaging system to verify and confirms trip services with inflight aircraft
• Supports and assists Crew Schedulers in crew rotation logistics (airline, hotel, car bookings) as directed
• Tracks and monitors crewmember airline movements and communicate delays or other issues to Tracker Supervisor and Crew Resources.
• Assist Operations team with trip and crew logistics during IROP situations
• Captures, logs and verifies crew duty information
• Captures and records crew risk scores and report elevated scores to Tracker Supervisor and Crew Resources
• Creates and manages reports related to flight data and crewmember duty
• Researches, corrects, and verifies any flight data discrepancies and report to MX Control and Tracker Supervisor
• Interfaces with IT team to report, research, and resolve any issues related to technology being utilized (FOS, FM, CAMP, etc)
• Records, updates and maintains accurate crew data within appropriate company systems
• Records, updates and maintains accurate crewmember data within outside vendor systems such as ARG/US and WYVERN
• Supports and assists Tracker Supervisor and Crew Resources as directed

• Assists Crew Scheduler in assigning crewmembers to trips once crew to tail • Records, updates and maintains accurate crewmember data within appropriate company systems
