XO Jet Questions

Hey all,

Just curious about XO jet's payscale and work rules. 7 on 7 off etc. I live in Dallas and see that they have a base here and would like to get in near the bottom. Also I don't have the PIC time they require for captains and was wondering how the upgrade works. I have about 4000 hrs and 2000 jet. Do you think I am competitive for an FO position.

First yr FO: 52K ish
First yr CPT: 90K ish

Your choice of schedule 8 on 6 off
Or 15 on 13 off which ever you choose.

Your total time looks good, update your resume online with the company regularly and I cant tell you what makes the company call one candidate over another???? Keep trying and hopefully you get a call soon>

I think the line is getting much longer. Get your stuff in ASAP. My app had been in since Dec 18, no word yet?

Pretty sure the upgrade works on performance. I think they upgrade within a year if you have JPIC time and 135 experience. I think your very competitive for an FO spot.

I have no idea how they are picking candidates? Internal rec is what I hear right now. Who knows. I haven't heard from anyone of this board or APC that has received the interview call yet......

Time in type is a big GREEN flag. The guy I fly with has 300 type + time and has already gotten a follow up phone call.
