Hey guys and gals,

I was just wondering, how is life at XO? I am working for a Corporation right now and am interested in XO. Is there a published paysacle? What are the benefits like? How's the schedule? Do they have forward thinking open minded management and are they pilot friendly?

I would really appreciate some insight!

If you are interested I suggest you get your stuff in ASAP as the interest has been enormous. I've had my papers in since early December with regular updates and not a peep. At the moment it seems to be a must having an internal recommendation to get an interview.

Everything I have read and heard so far sounds really good.
