XO jet hiring info and benefits

Hi just wondering if the SIC mins are hard mins at xo jet. I am currently flying at the regionals and have 1800hrs. How does one change domiciles and are upgrades seniority based or are they performance based? Also what are the benefits and 401(k) matching specifics? Thanks for the help!

SIC minimums are hard mins. We can't use you on most of our trips if you don't meet those mins. The rest of your questions have already been answered.
