or this

[ ] NO [X] YES

Voting no on the industry Leading 50 seat pay scale and contract, let me guess $100 5/yr Capt right? nothing on this contract extension was a take away, only thing they did was make things better what else do you want? Its an EXTENTION not a new contract!

In all seriousness discuss why you say No, I am curious.

My decision isnt made up 100% until after the road shows and the Phone Q&A's but irregardless whats your view on it?

Damn it, wouldn't you know. I forget how many days off I will get on reserve next month. How am I suppose to figure it out? And now with nobody to ask!

That's funny stuff, Secret, and so true! Even I didn't think it would take only 4 posts for this to devolve into an LOA debate.

Thank God!! I was worried I would not be able to read the next unfounded, flame bait, fear mongering rumor about how the company was circling the drain and management trying to screw us.

Maybe we will be lucky and it will stay down so people will actually read the LOA and not vote based on the crap people are posting.

I will tell you why I am voting NO. I think the charter contract falls short in what "my" expections are(not pay). That being said I think the contract extention is good (pay rate is fine with me and I like the aggressive pick up for reserves). I really wish they had not lumped both together.

Of all the things I really wish there was a way to get them to have a formula for min level staffing for trip trading instead of throwing a number out magically. I think 60-70 Ca needed for reserve (a few days in November I think) are a bit high. But you know what they say..Wish in one hand and ??

I really doubt Continental has this many people for min levels BTW...

Hey thats just my 2 cents. Not worth much but its all I got...

NO [x]

Everybody has to make the big decision. I personally would like positive space for commuters. And I would like hot flight attendants. And I would like only three day trips and they would be worth 20 hours. So that is why I am voting

[NO]
