Xjt or Pinnacle?

What are your thoughts? I 'm looking to retire at one of them in the next decade.

They are both good company to start with. At PCL, we have less amount of pilots, so upgrade is theoretically shorter than XJT. We will have contract talk in 2005. Currently, we have about 750+ pilots, and we're looking to hire a whole bunch this year. So pending any new a/c from good 'ole NW, upgrade will definitely lenghten dramatically.

Bases in MSP, DTW & MEM. We're only hiring into MSP & DTW, MEM may open up again sometime this year. Hope the info helped.
